I did not expect everything to get fixed the same day they came out. I expected some kind of evaluation, quote, and then actual repairs to occur some other day later in the week. No. Fixed the same afternoon. Saved me a bunch of time and frustration. A bunch. Now I can go back to focusing on several other yard projects that were on hold until I could figure out the watering system. I'll definitely call them back if I ever need more maintenance or other irrigation projects or upgrades.

I needed my irrigation system diagnosed and repair. This company was immediate and direct in responding to my request for service. They fit me in to their schedule within a weeks notice. They were very respectful and professional when diagnosis and service rendered. They ended up having to replace the backflow and adjust the sprinkler system due to water pressure changes local water pressure. They were willing to the work without cutting corners and sacrificing the quality. Very considerate and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their irrigation inspected and repaired.

I called Russell's on a Tuesday afternoon for a sprinkler repair and he scheduled me that evening at 5. Well I got held up at work and was running 30mins late. He called to confirm around 5, told him I was running late but he didn't leave, he waited until I arrived. Pulled up around 540 he was done at 6! Job well done, thanks!
