We have had Blake from Ellis Air out 3 times over the past two years. Each time he is personable, reasonably priced, and takes his time. His ability to educate and explain HVAC issues is the best I've seen and he really takes the time to communicate the problem and even offer solutions and repairs we can undertake ourselves or troubleshoot for the next time. As a woman I can tell he still treats me as competent and capable of caring for my own home and communicates equally with my husband and I about problems and repairs which I really appreciate. Thanks Blake and Ellis Air - very impressed with your commitment to service!

Ellis did a fantastic job installing out new system recently. Chris was great in coming out and giving us an estimate. Both the price, the service and overall quality of what we got, we are very happy with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services. They were fantastic.

Servicemen were awesome! Service repair was quick, even for a compressor. Nelson went above and beyond. Technician that was here yesterday did the same, addressing our concerns and explaining repair and parts Artie's Heating & Air has exceeded once again. On a further note, i suggest Bryant, or Carrier improve and quality check their parts during manufacturing. Thank you.

Artie's A/C team is excellent, reliable and professional! Ashley was very polite and promptly scheduled a service appointment. Sean and Rod readily diagnosed the issue which was (thankfully) covered by warranty. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable and courteous! We highly recommend Arties!!! They are the best!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Kane's heating and air from beginning to end I initially spoke with Marissa who was outstanding funny polite and helpful she set up the appointment with Tom Tom came out he was very informative very polite scheduled our service Tom came out at the beginning to check on us and came back towards the end to make sure everything got wrapped up neatly. I would definitely recommend them in the future for anyone else who is looking for fair affordable friendly and professional service. I forgot the gentleman's name who who installed our mini split I do know they work out of the hutto location but they were outstanding as well it just slipped my mind I know the son's name is Cole he works with his father I just can't remember his name right now but they too were very friendly very professional and they worked very quickly.

Highly recommend Kane Heating &Air conditioning. Scheduler is super nice and accomodating above and beyond. Tech is fantastic, always on time. The company sends a pic of the tech and the company link before the visit. Tech shows pictures of maintaince done. I have confidence with Kane Co. this is an honest company.

I have been using Kane for years now and cannot say enough good things about them! Every technician is super professional, polite and informative.
