We had a new unit installed. John was very flexible about working us into his schedule. He let us know that we did not need to replace our duct, which another company had told us that a new system would destroy because of added air pressure. John let us know that this was not true, our duct system was strong. He also let us know we should have a system with a heat pump to save on our electric bill. When John and Steve came to install the new unit, they were on time, professional and completed the job in the day. Now comes the exterior lights...the first diagnosis was the outlets were bad so Chris and Juan replaced with exterior lights with updated LEDs that REALLY improved the lighting and look of the house. They were one light short so they called Zak (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong) who arrived very quickly. The three installed the lights but still no power. Turns out, when I installed the outdoor RIng flood lights I DISCONNECTED the exterior lighting. Nevertheless, when all said and done, Juan , Chris and Zak were professional, expedient and thorough. Thank you guys so much for your work and fixing my mistake. LOVE the way the new lights look on the house!! Thank you guys so much!
