Sanchez Brother’s Landscaping Inc.

The Sanchez Brothers did a conversion from grass to a water wise landscape. I should mention it was St. Augustine grass which made a couple of landscapers cringe at the thought of removing over 2500 square feet of it. We kind of knew what we wanted but frankly we were all over the place. We obtained a few bids, but we just didn't have a real good feeling about what the final outcome would be. Then along came Manuel from The Sanchez Brother's landscaping. Not only was he professional but he made us feel comfortable about the project and told us he would work with us. He was very flexible and understanding during our indecisiveness. Once the project was underway, he and the rest of the crew were so nice and professional. They literally held our hands through the entire process. I would joke that they had to babysit us . We are so happy with the final project and VERY happy with The Sanchez Brothers themselves. They removed the old turf, installed weed block and rocks. They also installed paver blocks, a flower bed, converted to a drip irrigation system, installed mulch, plants and electric landscape lights.

Manuel and his brother did an excellent job repairing and upgrading our irrigation sprinkler system. I'm originally from Georgia where it rains all year round and so I'm really not familiar with yard sprinklers, but my new house here came with them. Manuel showed me how the system works and explained what needed to be done to get it running effectively. I will definitely be in touch with the Sanchez Brothers the next time I need this kind of work done!

Hired Manny and his team to prune our many fruit trees and do a fall yard clean up. Everything looks great! They were on time and professional through the entire job. I highly recommend.
