This company and its employees are AMAZING. They are on time , courteous, efficient in getting stuff done quickly and correctly at a fair price , and I could go on and on . I use them at the property I manage and I could not be happier. They are highly recommended by me and my tenants are very happy as well. This company is the one to go with . I am so impressed and grateful for Scott from Jr.'s Plumbing and Drain! I has a flood in my upstairs bathroom and Scott was able to come out quicker than anyone else was and he did such a great job. He was so thorough and diligent. I felt so comforted to know that the problem was resolved properly. I really can't thank him enough for the work that he did. The cost was reasonable in my opinion. more importantly, he was very transparent with the work that he did and made sure I was comfortable with the work that he had done before leaving. I'm so glad I found a plumber I can trust.

I am soooooooo grateful and pleased with this company, and I would definitely use them again! I called late yesterday morning and Scott was at my house before 2 pm! He was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and so fast. I had 2 leaky supply lines to my water heater that needed to be replaced! About 8 months ago, I called for a plumber to check for a foul smell in the house which cost me thousands of dollars to repair pipes. After making the payments, I thought the problem was resolved and couldn't figure out why the smell was still there. Recently, I had contacted Beastbay Plumbing and the technician Daniel came out. He went under the house and there was a flood of water from a busted pipes. Daniel reassure that he would get the job done for a reasonable price which he did and I appreciate the work he had done.

We've been using Beast Bay Plumbing for years now. Every time we have an issue, they always have a great response time and fantastic service. Pet friendly and willing to work with us when it comes solutions to our problems. I can not recommend them strongly enough for the service they provide. As far as I care, they are the only plumbers in town when my pipes spring a leak.

James was amazing. So personable and friendly and generous with his time and advice / pointers. I asked a lot of questions so I can learn how to better maintain the kitchen sink, pipes and clean out in the long run. James trained with the best in San Jose so he’s a real expert. He identified the issue with my system right away and diligently fixed everything. I will definitely call James next time when I need his help.
