Pick up from home to ATL airport was great, but the pickup at the airport got confusing. I had specifically requested 7:30 PM as a pickup time, knowing it takes time to get through customs and immigration, but got messages while the flight was still taxiing in that the driver was ready to pick me up when my flight landed at 6:07 PM. I messaged back several times letting them know not to pick me up until 7:30 which was exactly the time I was outside. They originally charged my card for waiting time, which is why I had originally scheduled it for 7:30, not for when the flight landed. However, they did refund the waiting time amount and provided excellent customer service. The driver was great, a super driver, and I felt very safe.

From booking my reservation the day before until my family and I were dropped off the entire experience was top notch. My driver Ali was superb! She arrived ahead of time and assisted my grandmother getting in and out of the vehicle. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

Highly recommend EarthTran car service!! Loved everything about them. Booked for a ride home from the airport after a business trip. Easy to book, great communication, good value. And I absolutely adored my driver Leshauna. She’s the best.
