My positive experience began the moment Allyssa answered the phone. She was polite and courteous. We booked a 20 seat Limousine. The vehicle was clean and it was evident that it was well maintained. The driver Tim was absolutely amazing. He displayed professionalism in both his attire and conduct. He took the time to tell my daughter "happy birthday". Additionally he explained the features in the Limo. I am so grateful to this company because they made my daughter's birthday extra special. I will definitely be using their service again.

Hired a driver to pick me up from JFK and then bring me to my place that was approx 1 hour and 15 min. The driver, Gonzalo, was punctual, professional, and courteous. The vehicle, a Lincoln MKT, was clean and in good working order. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future and ask for Gonzalo of possible.

We used the service for trip to JFK airport and returned home 2weeks later. Service was excellent. On time and driver was great. Friendly and helpful. His driving was terrific. Found his way around all traffic problems. I will use their service every time. Thanks.
