I took my 3 year old son and 8 month old baby to the zoo last week. We had the best time ! The zoo was wonderful. All the animals are really close and easy to see. The zoo is small enough to go through a few times but still has a lot of animals. It was reasonably priced to get in ( I also found coupon online so my son was half priced). The cafe had a lot of options and wasn't overpriced. They have a beautiful carousel that he went on for $2.

Great place for hands on learning. My 6 year old and 2 year old love this place. It's so much fun they don't realize they are learning too! We caught a show on the planetarium and it was great for young ones to learn about the sun and our solar system. My kids were amazed.

Housatonic Museum of Art is quite the surprise. One would never guess that a community college would have the extensive collection it has. This is definitely a Bridgeport gem. You need to catch the art in their gallery but if you have more time, just walk the halls f the college and you will see more works of art as you walk the corridors.
