Total Transportation beat over backwards to accommodate our tour group when we encountered travel delays and our pick up time had to be altered. Thanks again Maria!!! You’re the best!!!! Our driver, Russell, notified us when he arrived at the airport to picked us up. He was dressed very dapper, his bus was extremely clean, and he was there to help in anyway he could. Ethan has been my driver a few times now and he is amazing! The ride from the cities to Hinckley is a long one and Ethan always asks if anyone wants to stop, eat, smoke or go to the bathroom. Even when we’ve had the worst weather I have felt safe with Ethan driving my guests and I!
John was a great driver. Very professional, kind and polite. He respected my privacy, and I needed to do some work, and after I was done, we also had a good conversation.
