Rice Park is a beautiful public park in downtown Saint Paul. It is home to many festivals, events, and concerts throughout the year. The park features a beautiful fountain and is surrounded by the Landmark Center, Ordway, Saint Paul Hotel, and the Downtown Central Library. The park hosts a free outdoor exercise program offered throughout the summer. The classes are open to all ages, and no registration is necessary. Wells Fargo WinterSkate is a free and outdoor ice rink located in Landmark Plaza, adjacent to Rice Park. The park has lots of benches, and there are also some snoopy statues for the kids.

Rice Park is a really fun place to visit in St Paul, we had to be there several times for the last 2 years the park is always fun, during summer its a great place to sit down and read or head to the library right next, during winter there is the winter festival and during christmas it has great lighting.
If you’re ever in St. Paul, this is a great place to visit. Beautiful scenery. Nice place to sit on a blanket under a shaded tree and read a book.

Mears Park is a Tranquil city park located in St Paul. It is an oasis in the center of a vibrant arts community. The beautifully landscaped park is a pleasant spot to enjoy an outdoor lunch break or picnic. The park has seasonal flower gardens, a covered band shell with electricity, and a beautiful stream running diagonally through the park. Mears Park hosts numerous concerts, festivals, and events throughout the year. It is a great place to sit, complete with a stream and a stage that often boasts live music. The park is filled with birds and squirrels all summer.

This is a beautiful park. All lit up for Christmas! It's a lovely place for a walk. Even though it's in the heart of the city, you feel like you're in a magical park, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It's always a real relaxing experience to just sit, read listen to music. One of favorite parks.

Harriet Island Park is one of the most popular parks in St Paul. It boasts many amenities, including the Clarence W. Wigington Pavilion, a 5,000 square foot facility that hosts receptions, parties, weddings, and many events throughout the year. The park features an outdoor gymnasium, a central pavilion for refreshments and bands, and swimming lessons. Harriet Island Park offers free parking areas. It has a lot of great space for various activities for all ages. There are picnic areas, playgrounds, paved trails, river shorelines, festivals, and flat grassy areas for people relaxation.

Cool place to walk, the trails go for miles, cool place to watch boats/barges going up and down the river, there are large paddle boats you can purchase tickets to ride during certain parts of the year, a nice playground for young to older kids, lots of green space, there are usually lots of electric scooters you can rent during the summer, overall a nice place to spend a afternoon with family or friends
Always some event going on here. Great view of the city. Pleasant to walk regardless of time of day. Great spot to bring your significant other or kids or just hang out with friends.
Cool buildings I actually have spent alot of time down there both working and hanging out pretty chill spot nice view and friendly fokes for the most part
