CWC Electric replaced the fluorescent lighting throughout the building with LED bulbs. This was quite an undertaking but through the entire process from quote to finish of the installation it could not have been a smoother or more pleasant experience. The technicians, Rene, Pierce, Rod, Joel and Elizabeth were professional, considerate and kind. As much work as it was we barely knew they were even in the building. All my questions and/or concerns were answered, and I felt at ease once they started. Rene, Pierce, Rod, Joel and Elizabeth and of course Joel are the BEST and I would recommend them and CWC Electric to anyone for residential or commercial.

The person I spoke with at the office was very cordial and very helpful. She was able to get someone out to us within a couple of hours. Elizabeth arrived ahead of scheduled time. She was very professional and listened to our garbled explanation of the issue. She promptly troubleshot the issue and fixed the problem. Extremely pleased with the interaction and will be keeping them on file for future electrical issues or work.

CWC Electric did a great job. They were very quick to schedule a time to begin work and were prompt and on time. They were flexible and worked hard to solve all the problems they encountered with professionalism. We are grateful they have made our home more safe for us!
