Dave was absolutely fantastic when he came to do my initial work.He has very good communication skills and talked me through everything, answered my questions thoroughly, and didn't mind at all that I followed him around and showed and explained everything he was doing. He was very, very great. He gave me a few extra glue boards, great advice, what to expect over the next few weeks, and his card and made sure to tell me that if I needed him, he would be right here for me.He provided a profound level of customer satisfaction that I don't even think I provide in my service job!
