Their customer service rep was kind, responsive, and had a tech out to us within two hours. Steven was our technician, and he was incredible. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly to me, and even called my husband at work to keep him in the loop. Since it was late on a Friday, Steven provided a smart temporary fix and returned first thing Monday morning to complete the job. He worked outside all day in the heat, kept us updated, respected our property, and was kind and professional throughout. The final repair was excellent, and we’re so thankful for the entire experience. We’ll definitely be recommending DeHart to our friends and neighbors and calling them for any future issues!

Seriously amazing company! Last month we called a different plumbing company to help us with a leak in our back yard. They came out and dug a huge hole, and never made progress with repair. They left us sitting with an unsolved leak, a giant hole dug in our back yard and no resolve for approximately a month. We needed help from a competent company and we called DeHarts Plumbing. They have been professional from the first phone call on Friday, after hours, to today, Tuesday, where they FIXED the leak in ONLY 5 hours that the other company could not find in a month. Everyone was so nice. Very professional and they have won us over with their excellence! Don't waste your time calling anyone else for your plumbing needs! Great communication before arrival. Prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional! We had a main line back-up in our basement. The technician took care of the issue and he carefully vacuumed the water that had leaked onto our basement floor, leaving everything better than how he found it (other businesses we have used in the past, left a mess for us to clean up)! We will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter again, if we have further plumbing needs!

I had a main line backup. Benjamin, came out and after sending his camera down the line found the backup was at the floor drain itself. He replaced the cap cleared the line. Benjamin was friendly seemed very knowledgeable. It was a Sunday so not cheap but I was able to finish my laundry that day.
