I ordered a bouquet over the phone for a friend's graduation. Apparently I gave the wrong address, and the resident at the wrong address just took the bouquet. When I called and realized my mistake, the guys at Brattle Square very nicely sent out a replacement to the correct address the next day at no charge. I really appreciate that generosity and customer service.
Great job! I called looking to get flowers for my daughter for her birthday. I went on their website and I figured I’d give them a shot. I called in the morning and they were able to get them out to my daughter that day. The flowers were beautiful and they did an outstanding job. Very nice over the phone. Highly recommend!
