We found a picture of an arrangement that we really liked but there wasn't anything like that on their website. I emailed them a picture and told them our budget. They recreated what we wanted and made it so beautiful. It was deliever to Children's Hospital for us just a few hours later. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and the beautiful arrangement.
