We were having problems with the lock on our front door for quite a while. A handyman and another locksmith were unable to fix the problem. Isaac, from Premier, was able to come within a day, arrived when he said he would, identified the problem within minutes, quoted a very reasonable price and then fixed it within 15 minutes.
