Accessible from multiple directions, front desk process time was less than 30 seconds. The room was well cleaned with stocked with plenty of toiletries. Although the room temperature was very cold. The bedding was cozy and warm enough to keep the chilly temperature comfortably. Follow up 4/5 We have stayed here before and second time didn't disappoint. Easy fast check-in. Abeanace was inviting. Our room felt cozy especially the soft sheets and matress. The bathroom didn't disappoint- very clean - plenty of towels. Room include microwave, small refrigerator both were clean and ready for use. Breakfast was plentiful - staff were attentive to refilling Breakfast selections and keeping the area clean. Only con -parking fee. Shermar made the out checkout process smooth. Errica and the front desk staff were very attentive and make us feel welcome. will definitely be back.

It's one of the best hotels i have ever seen. Great customer service. Clean. Me and my wife showed up 4hr before checking time, and they let us check in early. We were so tired after a cruise trip and pregnant wife. I'm definitely going back there again.

Great clean hotel by EVERYTHING. I love that we could walk or take a 2 min drive to this wonderful outdoor shopping mall. The hotel had a decent hot breakfast and the staff was all very nice.

Exceptional Service by Melanie! We had an incredible experience at the Hampton Inn in Pembroke Pines, thanks to Melanie. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests are unmatched. Melanie handled every request with a smile and made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. From accommodating special needs to offering helpful local recommendations, she exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to creating an outstanding guest experience. Thank you, Melanie, for your kindness and exceptional service. You are a true asset to the Hampton Inn team! We’ll definitely be returning thanks to you.

This was respite from a hurricane. We were able to take our dogs, cat and friends. Service was impeccable and they were so accommodating with our animals. What a treasure this hotel has been for us. Breakfast, fresh linens, fridge, microwave and all is well. We're unbelievably grateful for this safe, comfortable retreat. We will stay here again.

I have stayed at this location several times. The hotel staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good.

We had a great experience here. The rooms were excellent and extremely affordable. My only disappointment came from the orange juice provided with breakfast, which was horrible, especially because Florida is the orange capital of America.

Loved the Hotel, from the Check in with Cleidy to the Check out. The room was very clean and the hotel. The Continental breakfast was good and the attendants were all professional. Will return to this location again soon.

Hotel deserves 5 stars but the check in staff member Ray deserves a 20/5. We checked in around 2am and Ray was awesome and took great care of us! Definitely made for a great experience after a day of traveling. Much appreciation.
