Amy was amazing throughout the whole process of finding my new apartment. She was super helpful, easy to talk to, and really listened to what I was looking for. Anytime I had questions or needed something, she was quick to respond and always on top of things. She made everything way less stressful and actually enjoyable. I’m really happy with the place I ended up with, and it’s all thanks to her. Definitely recommend working with Amy if you’re looking for a new spot at THE AVANT!

Milton was great. He was able to resolve our garbage disposal issue quickly and very efficiently. He was friendly and made nice conversation. If I’m ever in need of maintenance again, I would hope Milton is assigned to our request.

I recently moved into Avant, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience—especially thanks to Amy. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and truly helpful. This was my first time visiting this complex and the leasing consultant and tour guide for the day Harold Berry was such a pleasure to meet with. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and was nothing but respectful, patient, and professional throughout the entire application process. The apartment of our choice was very clean with a great layout and overall a very peaceful and family friendly neighborhood.

A really nice gated community, with pools, gyms, and a great location giving you access to multiple stores such as Walmart, Target, Hobby Lobby, Home Depot, and etc. There is also a lot to do near by saving you on gas and delicious restaurants that can spell out “WOW” in your stomach. The customer service here is also great everyone has a smile on their face and check up on you now and again making sure your move in has been going well, they also give suggestions to those that are first time apartment renters which can help out a lot and take off some stress. When thinking about renting somewhere in Florida I would highly recommend this amazing community and their devotion towards making renting a good experience for tenants.

CORTLAND PEMBROKE PINES REVIEWS

Moved in on November of 2023 and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. The property has great amenities, a very calm community and it's just perfectly located when going anywhere in South Florida. The community is Pet friendly with a doggy park, two pools with a great view and nice overall ambience to get that tropical vibe going.

I set up to do a virtual tour. Joesph was VERY pleasant and on time. He was knowledgeable and answered every question and made the application process so easy for me. I also came into the office and he took me on a tour of the community. If you’re interested in renting please see Joesph. He’s the best

Love the neighborhood down ! Lived here over a year and had to renew because the neighborhood is just great for me. Joe is so helpful and the absolute best. I do recommend living here.
