I just had the BEST experience with this business. From the first time I called, Mr. Brad was SO kind and helpful. He was willing to see me right away to help me get the keys I needed made. My schedule changed some, and he continued to be so nice and flexible for when I could come into the shop. Upon arrival he greeted me with a smile and was super friendly. He made the keys I needed so quickly and I was good to go. We appreciated the great experience we had with them from start to finish! I highly recommend anyone to Jerry’s Lock and Key for a good service done right AND with kindness!

I was in desperate need of an extra key fob for my 2016 Ford Expedition. I was able to order one but unsuccessful in programming it. I called Jerry’s on a Friday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in 30 minutes later! The customer service and responsiveness was impressive. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future if needed.

John came out and was very personable and knowledgeable. He worked quickly even when our doors wouldn't cooperate. He also gave us tips when appropriate. Our service from Jerry's Lock and Key was impeccable and reasonably priced.
