Keys were flawless! And service was awesome: friendly, knowledgeable, fast and convenient. I had a very unique key for an RV that couldn't be made at a general hardware store, so I was referred to Mr. Key. I am so happy with how it all worked out! Also, I thought I left my debit card there or maybe I dropped it, so I called to check and it was a little after hours, but they returned my call and even went back & ran their security cameras to see if I had it with me when I left the shop. That was super nice of them and really meant a lot to me that they cared that much and tried to help. I ended up finding my bankcard under my car seat!! Positive vibes, super appreciate y'all. Great customer service and good prices. Dealership wanted to charge me $199 plus tax to program a key fob to my dad's 2020 gmc Sierra. Mr. Key did it for $50. I drove the truck to their location and took care of the programming right away. I would call them first before going to a dealership for key or key fog programming.

This place is awesome. Went in with 14 locks needing rekeyed and purchased 2 new ones, at lunch and they put a rush on them and they were done by 4:30. They even numbered the keys for us. Highly recommend them. Great customer service.
