Eric has now come to my rescue twice. First when I locked my keys in my car in the pouring rain and then recently when my car failed to start in front of the doctor’s office. He is always quick to arrive, respectful and efficient. Very grateful for his service and professionalism.
Technician was named Eric and was VERY helpful! I turned my car off after he jumped it for me and I was afraid it wouldn't start back up. He was kind enough to wait outside by my car for 10 minutes while I went in my house and came back out, just in case my car didn't start again. He made me feel very at ease about driving my car to work. Thanks, Eric and Pop-A-Lock.
