We have purchased several pieces over the years from The Gem Collection and have always been very happy. In our recent search for a new ring setting, Michelle was extremely helpful and patient. She guided us along the path of picking the perfect loose stones and custom setting. Thank you Michelle for your kindness and expertise!!

I needed two watch batteries replaced and a ring repaired for my daughter. The staff at The Gem Collection were helpful, attentive, and friendly. They were able replace the watch batteries while I waited. The repair on the ring was done quickly and well. I would highly recommend The Gem Collection.

Jalynn was wonderful during our visit to the Zales located in Governor Square Mall Tallahassee, FL. She was friendly, and welcoming. She was also knowledgeable about the pieces avaliable. She assisted me in choosing a wedding band that would compliment a family heirloom engagement ring, as well as a band for my husband whom works construction. We were concerned about quality due to his line of work and she eased our worries. I was extremely satisfied with her customer service and will likely return in the future just because of the enjoyable experience She provided to us.

Highly recommend TDC for all of their products and estate jewelry at great prices, they have a marvelous selection. The staff is wonderful. Hunter and Hailey were very kind and helpful in my search for a birthday gift for my sister and answered all of my questions. They even got the ring sized for me afterwards free of charge. Would recommend this place to everyone !

I recently needed a watch resized so I went to Tallahassee Diamond Center and I had a wonderful experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
