My husband and I are very satisfied with Bud's Plumbing and Repair Service! Matt and John, the technicians who came were amazing! First off.... Bud's came out last minute because we were needing a 2nd opinion on another local large plumbing company's diagnosis. Which was going to cost us thousands of dollars... only to find out from Matt and John the original diagnosis was wrong! I am so glad I called them. Matt and John were very personable and easy to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently and went over and above. Even the office staff was easy to work with. (Thank you Matt, John and Jesse. I am so grateful for your help! So much so, that I've even scheduled them to come out and do some more work on a different area in our home. If you are needing highly skilled and affordable plumbing services... don't hesitate to call Bud's!

Bud's did a great job relocating the interior water shut-off valve and installing a new water heater. I've used them multiple times now and always feel they are treating me the way they'd want to be treated as the customer. A great quality for a business to have!

ALTSTADT HOFFMAN PLUMBING REVIEWS

We had to replace the main water line going into our building. They came immediately to give a review and quote, quickly got us on the schedule, and came quickly to get the replacement done. The price was not nearly what we feared and when the work was done, there were no last minute surprises. Thank you to Paul and Darien for doing such an amazing job and being cognizant of the needs to get water back to the building as quickly and safely as possible. They were friendly, easy to work with, and worked safely and efficiently. Cutting up sidewalk and digging down to those pipes was not an easy job, but they did it like the champs they are. Attached are photos of the pipe in question that was ready to burst at any time and the initial hole...they had to dig out even more after that. The area was blocked to keep people from walking near the hole and the hole was quickly filled in a few days later and looks great (sorry, no picture). Thank you so much to Altstadt Hoffman Plumbing. VERY happy with our service.

I got next-day service, since the well pump was out and we were without water. I got an experienced plumber and a helper. Great to see young men getting a chance at a real apprenticeship and learning alongside more experienced journeymen. Problem was resolved at a fair price. Excellent phone response from the dispatcher as well.

Fast, great work, and fair price. They didn't try to add extra and really worked to help determine the issue areas. Will be using again in the future and highly recommend.
