I had Breanna L as my sales rep for the Evansville, IN location & All I can say is she has been nothing less than ABSOLUTELY amazing. She has made sure to accommodate us in any way she can and even takes the time to drive to Henderson just to check in and see if there is anything we ever need. Her customer service skills are awesome, which is far and few in between like her in this day and age. I appreciate everything she does to help us out & always makes our day when we get to see her! :) 10/10 ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.

I was really stressed out because an opossum crawled under my screened-in porch and died. The first company I called said it was going to be $400+ base cost and said they may have to cut open the floor of the porch to get it. I got home and did more searching online of companies and found Nuisance Wildlife Control. I appreciated their website and thoroughness online so I filled out the online contact form at 8:30p. The next morning, I received a text from David at 6:36a saying he could come out that morning. I was on my way to work and explained the situation to him but said phone conversations may be limited due to reception but texts work. He told me text would be fine and didn’t even require a credit card up front, which I offered. He came to my house and the little guy was in the window well under the porch but you couldn’t access that space from the outside. He asked if the window was accessible in the basement so I was able to unlock my door from work. I didn’t know if the window would even open or close properly cause they are from the 1950s and expressed my concern about that. He was able to get the poor guy through my basement window and didn’t leave one speck of mess. I am so appreciative of his efforts and willingness to work with me through text. I hope I never have this problem again but if I do I know who to call. I’ll be telling all my friends too. And he saved me a hole in my porch floor and $300. Excellent job David!!!

SO grateful for this team!! They were able to come out to our house immediately to safely remove a black rat snake from our backyard. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. We will absolutely reach out again with any other critter needs in the future!

David, Jenn, and Donald did a fantastic job of getting rid of wildlife in my attic and also took care of the multiple places where the animals were getting in. I am grateful to them for their expertise and hard work! I highly recommend them!
