While taking a shower this morning, the tub and toilets started to back up. A few guys at work recommended Ziegler Plumbing, so I gave them a call around 930 this morning. They said they were booked for normal hours, but I could be put on the schedule for the after hours emergency for this evening. I agreed and was happy they could get to me the same day. I got a phone call that they had finished up their other jobs earlier than expected and could be to the house during normal hours and would save me the after hours fee. They showed up at 245 in the afternoon and had everything fixed by the time I left work at 415. I couldn't be happier and will hire them for any plumbing issues or upgrades from here on out.

Edward came out today for a leak in our bathroom he was very knowledgeable and helpful and reassured us on our concerns about a leak in our bathroom sink and wall. We felt comfortable with his answers and would call on him again if we need help in the future. Very professional. Thank you Edward.

Maurice (Rico) arrived right on time, listened to the concerns and did a thorough inspection of the house water lines in our crawl spaces and along our house to determine the source of the water leak. He identified a minor issue in the crawl space, then asked if he could go inside the house to inspect all the water lines and fixtures to ensure he didn’t miss anything. Overall he identified 2 potential issues for the water leak, we decided to repair the one in the crawl space immediately and are scheduling him to come back for the second repair. Rico was very knowledgeable and professional, he clearly explained what he identified and provided pictures of the findings below the house for me to see. He even provided options on the repairs. Highly recommend and clearly will be using their services again.

Our backyard faucet was gushing water and couldn’t be closed. Dylan arrived on time, called the water company to shut off the flow, and got to work immediately on a total replacement. A few hours later we had a brand new faucet and smiles all around. I appreciate the cheerful service I received from this company and Dylan’s can-do attitude. I recommend Drain Dudes to EVERYBODY.
