It is refreshing to get an honest tradesman to give you recommendations based on their observations rather than a salesman trying to make commission or meet quotas. Rather than simply charge us a few thousand for a repair I know we need, he was honest about the rest of the roof needing eventual replacement due to age aand recommended we get a quote for that from Wholesale Roofers before deciding to move forward. Overall Outstanding services from the Customer Service to workers. Great communication with whole installations process and updates throughout. After install everything was cleaned up. And they went above by ensuring the gutters were cleaned out as well. Manager stayed on the site the whole time.

Chase Roofing responded quickly with an appointment to survey my roof for any issues it might have. I wanted to know of any problems I might have before selling my house. They performed a detailed inspection and explained indicators of the future health of my roof. I was shown clear pictures of what they found and agreed to a few small and very reasonable repairs that would lengthen the lifespan of my roof.
