Had a pipe leaking in middle of the night pretty aggressively to where it would've caused extreme drywall/floor damage if left unrepaired over night. Made the decision to have them come out for an "emergency call" and we are fully satisfied with the plumbers work and all the explanation and information he was able to give us on the issue and future repairs necessary.
