Adam Q. came tonight within 30 minutes for an emergency Pluming fiasco. The sink next to my washing machine in my basement was FULL of smelly sewer water and floating feces and paper etc. It was horrific! I called All Week as I have their magnet on my fridge, and they answered immediately. Ozzy called me back and told me to expect Adam Q. "within an hour" to my surprise Adam arrived 15 minutes after that call. He assessed the problem immediately and began to fix the issue. It was a tree root problem and he used a 60 foot snake thing attached to a drill and within 20 minutes the whole thing was fixed. He was so polite and efficient I HIGHLY recommend Adam and All Week. They are the best!

Alex Q. thoroughly evaluated my Dad’s heat pump system. We were told by another company that it needed a new thermostat and circuit breaker. But Alex didn’t just “fill an order”, he checked the system and found it was leaking refrigerant fluid, needs replacement and actually didn’t need a new thermostat . He explained everything patiently and professionally. So instead of just a temporary fix that would require a return appointment, my Dad received excellent service.

Alex Q and Marco they were very professional, I had an issue with my air conditioning and they came right out and diagnosed the problem , unfortunately I had to to replace my system but the good news they came out the next day to replace.
