We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the third time now. Each time they were awesome. This time we has Seth. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. He worked diligently, and it was evident how much pride he takes in his work. He corrected the water pressure, adjusted the fill valves in the toilet and replaced a defective shower cartridge. All in just a few hours. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service. Seth is awesome and I will ask for him again, and recommend him to anyone! Great work, awesome employees, and very easy and efficient booking for a service call.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to replace 3 faucets in my mother's home, test the water pressure, address some leaks, and inspect the 50+ year old pipes in the crawl space. Michael and Juan were absolutely fantastic. They were efficient, friendly, and genuinely cared about my concerns about existing pipes and fixtures in my mother's home. My mom and I are totally pleased with the work done, and I can't say enough good things about the kindness and professionalism of Michael, Juan, and the ladies who set my appointment and did follow up. This is a first-class business with a great staff of people!
