So personable and good humor within the job and made it enjoyable while I was observing and monitoring his work in my basement. He did everything imaginable to get it fixed and water is flowing and draining as normal! Needed someone to snake (with a good snake, not one a person typically owns like myself) utility sink wasn't draining suddenly, plumber recommended I call dbr. They came the next week and water drains faster than ever before. Very satisfied
