Scott did a incredibly thorough job doing the home inspection for the property I am seriously considering to purchase. He was very pleasant in his demeanor, and kindly answered our numerous questions regarding the house he inspected. He also made himself available for any follow-up questions that I had, as he knew there was a great amount of information to digest. I greatly appreciated his expertise, professionalism and patience during our time together.

Scott was very professional and meticulous. He pointed out what absolutely needed to be fixed, what was best practice, and what he would recommend. He went throughout the exterior, went on top of the roof, and through the interior. He took his time and uncovered issues that we did not know about such as the water heater causing the water to turn black and smell like sulfur. He then told us how to flush it and get it back to good. I would have been freaked out by the unexpected issues had I not had an inspection. He also educated us me on where shutoffs were and why I needed to know about them. It was a great investment for my tiny house.

Scott was very polite and knowledgeable. What I enjoyed about the experience is that he provided some educational advice that appreciate as a first time home buyer.
