I absolutely LOVE having my unit at the Store Space and the main reason is for the store manager Michelle!!! She has always been so very helpful and supportive and she is always in a fun and happy mood no matter what! She goes above and beyond her means! I won’t move my unit mainly because of her! So give her a call if you’re looking for great customer service and storage space! :^).

I have been a customer of Store Space in Syracuse for 18 months and I have only great things to say about the facility and staff that run the building. Michelle and her team run a 1st-class operation and their communication is top notch. I highly recommend this climate-controlled storage facility for your short-term or long-term self-storage needs.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage from start to finish. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that truly cares about customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable storage facility with excellent staff and a well-run location, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Everyone I’ve spoken to at ExtraSpace has been extremely friendly, courteous and professional. We’re renting a unit to store our student’s stuff while waiting for the move-in to his next dorm location in the fall, and the everyone has been extremely helpful guiding us through the rental process and helping us get familiar with the facility.

Service was wonderful everything I needed or need to know Nye was the best she helped me out alot customer service was perfect would highly recommend!.

I have never used a storage facility before and found myself very anxious over the process. Ashley was phenomenal with providing me with details & what to expect on my move in day. She definitely was knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. On move in day, I couldn't figure out how to get the door to open lol. I called into the office & Mike helped me out. He even walked down to my unit to look at something for me. Both Ashley & Mike were wonderful & made my experience less stressful. I am impressed with their down to earth customer service skills. I recommend them to anyone.

Mike is one of my long time childhood friends Great conversationalist and you would never be able to find another guy like him his momma raised him right I know that for a fact respectful said. Mike is very respectful and a very caring human being.

From my first day renting at public storage ashley's welcoming personality is amazing. She always has a smile and is very informative. 5 stars for ashley. Plus property is always clean. Feel safe leaving my stuff there.
