Had Jason come out, and he did a great job and knew a lot. A competitor told me I needed to buy a new tub because the drain was broken. Elizabeth Drain Service got me back up and running the same day because they had the parts they needed in their van. Erica in the office was very helpful and let me move my original appointment to a time that was better for me.
Twice now, we've made use of EDS. They've been fantastic both times. They arrived when they said they would and gave fair prices. Both technicians were friendly and helpful in their descriptions of the problems and proposed solutions. In the future, when we have work to be done, we will hire them.
