Jim Trombly Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

I’ve been using Jim Trombly’s plumbing and heating service since 2013 and they have never let me down! They have replaced every furnace or water tanks in the 3 homes I’ve lived in, so I’ve used them a lot. This last time, I lost heat in half my home and Reggie was able to get a tech out that same day. It was determined I needed a new motor for my furnace but it had to be shipped from the Carolinas and they wanted to charge me $400 just for the overnight shipping of the motor. As it’s January we didn’t have much of a choice. Reggie told me they would be able to come out and install it once it arrived but unfortunately the shipping company “misplaced “ the motor and we had to wait another day. We finally got the motor, the plumber came right out, fixed it up and we only got charged for the motor- not any shipping. And partial charge for the first visit. Reggie was in constant contact with the parts company and with us. Another great experience! Proud to be a customer!

Just got my furnace replaced and the team was amazing through the whole process. Dan was very responsive through the quote and scheduling process. The team that replaced the furnace was amazing! They even left the area cleaner than it was before they started! Thank you!

Exceptional service. Extremely honest. Helpful. Great plumbers. Replaced our heating system, maintain our air conditioning system, installed a new water tank, replaced a broken outdoor spigot. We don't call anyone else.
