Armando was excellent! He was prompt, professional, and helpful in fixing our two toilets - one of which was leaking and the other wobbly. We are grateful to him for his help and would absolutely recommend using Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their dispatcher answered promptly -- on a holiday Sunday! -- and had a technician out to us within the hour. Francisco was polite, fast, and effective. The company did not charge us extra for a last-minute, Sunday call. I hope not to have to use them again, but I'd call them in a heartbeat if I did.
