If it wasn't for the great service of this company's diligent response and finding me a time that worked the best they could for us, we would have had to wait a week at another company. understand, very attentive to safety. He was thorough in explaining what our options were as far as repair vs replacing our water heater. He was able to come the next day and guaranteed us hot water by the end of the day (as it was a pretty big job that entailed a lot of work given our situation) and he followed through on completing the job and getting us hot water by the end of the day! Would definitely use them again for services.

We had Wyatt out today to auger our clean-out pipe that goes to the house. This young man was such a delight. He's very bright and knowledgeable, & very personable. I will definitely request him in future needs. Thank you to Kitty in the office as well! I appreciate everything you did for us!
