Had a great experience with Pride Plumbing from beginning to end. Scheduling the appointment by phone was quick and painless, and the person I spoke with clearly communicated what I should expect the day of my appointment. Nick A. was the plumber who performed the diagnostic work and sewer cleaning, and he was amazing from the moment he called to say he was on the way. He explained the problem clearly, provided accurate estimates at each step along the way, addressed all of my questions and concerns around the job at hand as well as other plumbing jobs I've been thinking about for the future, and even contacted the City of Rochester to handle the piece of the line from my clean-out pipe to the street that they are responsible for. Absolutely no complaints, and I will not hesitate to use Pride (and hopefully Nick) again in the future!

I'm impressed! This is my first time with Pride and it will not be my last. Both Melissa, who set the appointment, and Keith, the service man, were very pleasant and easy to work with. Keith explained options very clearly and without a moment of "sales". We agreed on a path forward and he quickly installed a new main water shutoff and a new sump pump motor. Plumbing can be messy but Keith left the site cleaner than before he arrived. I'm considering a tank-less hot water system and will call Pride for the installation. I'm very satisfied and happy to find such a great technician and company! Highly recommended!!!

Very happy with the service provided by Kory and Pride Plumbing service earlier this week. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Kory was able to replace a tub stopper in my bathroom along with a faucet on the tub. He was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain options with me and performed the task efficiently. I recommend Pride Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
