Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our toilets and bathtubs were blocked and backing up into each other. We called Roto-Rooter and they took a look and said it would cost over $400 to clean out. After some discussion the technician agreed to $250. But the problem was complicated and it took three technicians over 4 hours to analyze it with a camera and get our bathrooms working again. Turns out there is a break in the main line 45 feet outside the house which is making it easier for the pipes to get blocked. The technicians were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and insistent on doing the best job possible. They even called out a fourth guy to check that we didn't have any water damage and they held to the agreed price of $250 when it could have cost three times as much. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended.

This particular time our Team Leader Trashon Perkins was so terrific we wanted to call attention to the professionalism, detail, humor, kindness and time taken to explain what was happening in layman’s terms, this was by far the most extensive service we have required, and the job was done on time, on budget, and with extra attention to cleanup and following up!
