Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a clogged floor drain that wasn’t an emergency but wanted to get something scheduled nonetheless. Keith S came out within 30 minutes of our call, in FREEZING temperatures, on a holiday weekend, and cleared the clog quickly. Keith was incredibly helpful, had awesome drawings to help us understand everything discussed, and never felt like he was giving us a sales pitch like other services we have received from different companies. If we ever need a cleared drain again definitely using roto-rooter and requesting Keith!

Nate was my Service Technician. Nate explained the process he would be taking to clear the drain at every step so I understood. His customer service, communication and professionalism was excellent. If I have another issue I will definitely request Nate. Roto Rooter cost more than the other companies but my insurance company recommended you. Thank goodness my drain is open and water is flowing again!

Nate M did a great job clearing out my main line. He was above and beyond friendly and explained everything thing throughly. He was amazing from start to finish one of the best technician’s I’ve had work on my house. I give him 5 stars. Just awesome job.
