I’ve been seeing Jeannette for a few years now! She helps and continues to help me by offering me the mental devices that I need to sort through my situations. She is honestly the best therapist that I have ever had. She makes me feel safe and heard, but most importantly, understood. In my private life, I don’t often have that luxury, so I thank her for that. I feel like she gives me a space where I can breathe off the heavy weight of those whom I carry. A space in which I am not judged. She also offers family group sessions which have helped my family and me tremendously! Every one of us has an equal chance to express how we feel without interruptions. She gives us the tools to better understand one another, even with our differences. Jeannette has given me the names to so many of the issues that have plagued me since childhood, and that, in itself, showed me that I am not alone and that she understands. She is understanding, patient, professional, and downright genuine. If you want a therapist who will keep it real and direct, but authentic, look no further!

Jeannette is an amazing. Our relationship was becoming toxic. Breaking up and get back together multiple times, not respecting or setting boundaries and we had bad Communication skills.
