A friend referred me to Aimee. I would absolutely refer her to any friend who needed some help. I was able to stop taking medicine for anxiety after a few months of seeing her.

PATRICK CLEVELAND, MA, LMFT - DAYBREAK COUNSELING CENTER REVIEWS
Patrick is a great listener and helped me see things that were blind to me at the time I was going through bad patch in life with various transitions and hardships. He helped me understand how my past was influencing the decisions I was making and also challenged me to learn how to take action in my life so that I wouldn't make the same choices all over again. He also got me to think differently about mental health and made me feel like like I was there to grow rather than fix problems and that I could go back again in the future if something else in life comes my way that I need to work through and learn from. I greatly value the time I spent in therapy with him, and highly recommend him.
Patrick is a great, down to earth counselor/therapist. He listens and gives you enough insight to do "the work". I'm on a good, mentally healthy path and will continue to see him as life's challenges arises. It does wonders just talking to a neutral person about your issues - there no judgement, just help. If you need insight, to vent, support, etc., please do not hesitate to seek help. it is not a weakness to need support. If we don't take care of ourselves, we cannot take care of our loved ones.
Patrick is amazing. He focuses on the whole person and approached our family with heart-centered therapy that created a foundation of strength and courage for us all. His therapy is empowering and we felt rejuvenated, strong, and more aware after seeing him. He has a fantastic way of getting to the root of the problem and challenges you to rise above with love and support all the way. Highly recommend.

JEFFREY H. SALINAS, MS, LMFT - CALIFORNIA PRACTITIONERS NETWORK REVIEWS
I have been seeing Jeffrey for almost 3 years, both by myself and also with my husband. I felt very resistant to give therapy a try after not so great experiences many years ago. But meeting with Jeffery has been truly life changing for me. He has helped me work through anxiety and depression and helped me understand why these pop up at different times in your life. Lots of self work, but in an encouraging way. My husband and I also go in together at times to work on communication and the ups and downs that come with marriage. Jeffery has given us so many tools we use on a daily basis to keep our relationship strong. I am so grateful we found Jeffery, he is a truly caring and helpful soul!
Jeff Salinas is absolutely first-rate in all that he does. He provided some great relationship tools and advice for my wife and me that provided the basis for a renewed friendship that has paid big dividends in our marriage. After our marriage counseling, I continued to meet with him individually on some career-life issues, all with positive outcomes for me. What I appreciate most about Jeff's approach is his very practical, very actionable ideas that you can work on outside his office. These exercises work because he spends the time to get to know you and provides counseling based on who you are and where you are in life.
My partner and I saw Jeffrey Salinas for about a year or more. Our relationship was crumbling and we did not have any tools to fix what was broken. My partner and I went to different therapists together, saw therapists on our own and things never improved. One of my partners therapists even called me a 'B word' during one of their sessions. When we met Jeffrey, we were finally given the appropriate tools we needed to communicate with each other. He was so helpful and on the nose with everything. I really don't think we would still be together if we hadn't been referred to him. We are both so so grateful, he will be our go-to therapist in the future. Currently, we are trying to walk on our own two feet and its going so well.
