She has a calming, genuine (yet always professional) presence. Not only did she make clients feel comfortable and provide a healing environment for them, she always made her team, co-workers, and staff feel confident. Crisis management was something I didn't have much experience in when we first started working together, and she showed me how to be calm and collected even in an emergency. She is also one of the most ethical people I have ever worked with.
