With the Boston Marathon coming right around the corner, I took in a massage and it was outstanding. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and explained how certain trigger points worked to release tension. I would highly recommend going here and will certainly make it more a part of taking care of myself.

Great amenities, lovely outdoor solarium with fire place (unisex and coed), welcoming and friendly staff, spacious, clean...heavenly! Feeling like jello after my massage. Charles applied just the right pressure for pure relaxation, living up to the massage's name. Enjoyed the heated massage tables and also liked the women's vanity area fully equipped with hair fixings (included straightening irons).

I had heard once from a yoga teacher that Massage is the lazy man's yoga. I had to stop doing yoga because it was killing my knees - so once a month I went to BodyWaves. I've had a few of the massage therapists at BodyWaves and they were all excellent. All of them. Natalie stands out. I don't know where she gets her strength. Her massages were truly therapeutic. She knows her anatomy. The massage rooms are very clean and smell so nice. I always looked forward to going to BodyWaves. T
