AFC URGENT CARE BACK BAY REVIEWS

The location is super convenient if you’re taking the T. Otherwise, there is metered parking and parking garages. The location is very clean. The staff are professional and friendly. Since I pre-registered and did my paperwork online beforehand, I did not have to wait long once I arrived. I was seen in under 10 minutes. I would definitely come here again.

I was seen pretty quickly even as a walk in. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The nurse and doctor were both personable and knowledgeable. I haven’t typically had positive experiences at urgent care so their service and efficiency was even more impressive. Would definitely come back again if I needed to.

Great care! I filled out all my info, being from out of town. Appt @11:00, they were spot on, didn't even have time to sit down! Very friendly, great staff, nurses and Doctor.VERY CLEAN and professional! Thank you! Did a follow up with my Home do tears. Doing well! 5.

Everything about my experience with Carbon Health was amazing. The staff treated me with the upmost respect and care. They were helpful and answered every question that I had. I also had no issue receiving my prescription, which was ready almost an hour after my appointment. Highly recommend and am very appreciative of their services.

From the front desk to the providers, Carbon Health was fabulous. We were in Boston for vacation and expected an ordeal. They really are thorough and efficient. No one wants to be sick on vacation, but they were great. My adult son is on the spectrum and they were great with him. They saw us both. I Highly recommend.

Needed to see a medical professional to remove some stitches in my finger…they were super easy to book, really professional & friendly! Glad to know we have such a great resource in downtown Boston.

Sought care at urgent care and it was the quickest, most professional healthcare visit I’ve had in a long time. From front desk, the wait time, to the providers, everyone was prompt and courteous. I was and still am miserably sick but I got what I came for and got back in bed in about an hours time. I’m very pleased with the health center.

While I did wait a bit in urgent care, the doctors were very kind and were able to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I love this urgent care is very fast and efficient the doctors on call are very good on patient care.
