Ashlie was amazing and had awesome customer service…our Fremont massage envy totally cancelled out appt due to their personal stuff I’m surprised they didn’t even try to make it work for us or try another appointment or anything else so disappointing we also have a membership so being able to call This massage envy get great customer service and all the great help made my day. I've had a membership for over 3 years. I love this place. Cindi is my massage therapist and she is wonderful. She has helped me when I've come in with injuries and got my full body massage . She is absolutely wonderful. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
