I had a great experience at this urgent care. Dr. Matthew was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated.

I was greeted kindly the minute I entered and the wait time was five minutes. The PA really listened and was friendly and thorough. He made arrangements for more tests elsewhere. I felt confident with his diagnosis and am now feeling much better.

Excellent service, great front desk staff very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Matt super nice, and friendly helped me and my daughter great experience will be coming back if I'm sick again.

AFC Urgent Care was one of the cleanest places I've visited. The staff was professional from start to finish. I did not have an appointment and was still seen quickly. I highly recommend AFC for anyone who lives near Santa Clara.

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and I was seen almost immediately—no waiting time at all. The whole process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. I really appreciate how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend if you need urgent care.

I had a bad toothache that got infected. I looked up the nearest urgent care and AFC was the first one to pop up. Wait time was nothing, I practically was in and out. The physician was very nice, and made sure I received the best care. I would definitely recommend AFC to friends and family.

CONCENTRA URGENT CARE REVIEWS

Twice, my samples weren’t ample. So, Lyn, the Office Manager, (there on Sunday; her day off) chatted patiently with me as I drank lots of water. I’ve never had a problem producing a sample until yesterday. We were there for an hour waiting for my bladder to cooperate. She was sooo great; I was just panicked. But I calmed down after seeing her calm. I provided a sufficient sample finally. Lyn was fantastic; she does her job very well.

The staff was excellent with their service. I came in on a Friday 10 minutes before closing, they was happy to complete my drug screen. I was able to check-in, provide sample, and receive all paperwork in under ten minutes. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly, I was accommodated right away when I got there, wait time is not that bad and acceptable. Doctor is nice and approachable. Place is clean.
