Massage Envy

I have seen many good therapists at Massage Envy over the years. Most recently Jim and Brittany have been very helpful. But the person I really want to recognize in this review is your front desk staff member, Malia. It is not often in this day and age that I experience truly exceptional customer service — anywhere. Malia is consistently friendly and positive. She has shown herself to be an empathetic and supportive problem solver when there is ever anything amiss or confusing as to account issues. She has incredible follow through and is a skilled communicator. She goes the extra mile, jumping up from her seat to open doors for customers — even after I’ve told her that such isn’t necessary. I find myself looking forward to our brief interactions. I recognize that I have been guilty of engaging with service team members in ways that almost render them invisible — moving through my day with the internal checklist and not always taking the time to truly SEE the people that are helping me. Malia’s presence and full engagement in her job and with each client makes it impossible not to see her. I hope that she is equally seen and valued by those writing her paycheck and doing her performance reviews. This is an employee that you don’t want to lose!

They are great with my difficult schedule, very understanding of changes. Jim and Stephen are both excellent with the deep tissue massage I need for my neck and back. Wasn't super comfortable with male therapists before seeing them, but now I am. Everyone there is very friendly and the facility is very clean and comfortable.
