I had an uncomfortable situation with the front staff in my last review. I didn’t expect it, but a sincere phone call came from-Stevie Ann, the assistant manager the following morning. She took the time to help me resolve my discomfort. I appreciate good empathetic leadership skill and she definitely pulled a 180 in changing how I felt about the business. If you’re going for a facial! I recommend talking to Becca! She’s has the greatest personality and is very gentle with extractions.

This was my first massage ever. Timothy was incredible! I did the 60-minute massage and it was so relaxing. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Give that man a raise! The rooms are clean and the whole vibe is just what I expected. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. There was no pressure to buy into a membership. I will 100% be going back.

Recommend this establishment the worker May went above and beyond. she answered all my questions/concerns professionally. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, with explaining the memberships. The spa looked very neat. I’ll be coming more to this location in the future. 10/10
