Ryan was so helpful during our in-store in search for our dream mattress. He was very knowledgeable about what every mattress option has to offer with each specific need of the individual. He was very friendly & charismatic he was very open & honest about pricing options available to us. I am very pleased with Ryan's customer service was outstanding it was an absolute pleasure. Customer Service 5/5 Cleanliness was 5/5 Smelled very clean looked very clean inside. The atmosphere was 5/5 Comfortable & Calm.

Josephine knows her products and easily answered my questions as well as showed me all the options that fit my mattress criteria. She was patient, giving me time to test out different mattresses without any pressure to buy. She made it very easy to make my choice: a DreamCloud plush. I recommend her as an exceptional representative of Mattress City, a company that provides a large selection at affordable prices.

Emily made our mattress purchase such a delight! This was at the shoreline store, We went in the last hour of opening. She was not pushy, but accommodating, educational, patient and helped us find what we were looking for. I’ll definitely return for my next mattress purchase here.

Great experience buying a new Tempurpedic Mattress today. The sales representative, Brian was unquestionably one of the best sales representative I have ever worked with. He shared with us all the advantages and disadvantages of the various mattresses. I’m confident he provided us with all the choices and pros and cons of each to allow us to pick the right mattress best suited for our needs.

My fiancé and I left with a bed we loved. Without the pressure of a bad salesman. Nikolai was amazing! We definitely wanted to shop around at other mattress stores but with such a great salesman… who felt more like a friend. We decided our business ultimately belonged to Nick! In addition to a great salesman, the other staff were great and the store was clean! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic customer service, from a phone call before I made the drive to Everett (I live in gig harbor). They were knowledgeable and helpful. Their delivery service is unmatched-they set everything up and hailed away all the packaging and old mattress. Would absolutely recommend them and so grateful for their help getting everything working perfect! Friendly and no-pressure salesmen.

This is one of the best companies in all of Western Washington. Kind, caring, friendly, customer oriented, and focus on finding you what is best for you, not what is the most expensive. Five stars all around from sales to delivery. Alex, the sales person was easy to communicate with and helped us find the perfect mattress. The white glove delivery and set up were impeccable. I would not hesitate recommending them to family and friends.
