Stellar customer service!. My father was looking for a thinner mattress due to a high bed frame. Although we were unable to find a thinner mattress that would be comfortable for his back issues (thin doesn’t equal comfort), Mellisa was an absolute Angel! She took the time to find a new bed frame online (not sold by their company) that she thought would accommodate his needs. Way over and above! I would highly recommend Mellisa and Mattress Firm! I went into the shop looking for a base since the slats my bed originally came with were very weak and defective which I bought somewhere else. I was greeted by a nice gentleman named George. He helped me decide on an adjustable base that would support the weight of my bed independently. He was very sweet and very patient with me during the process. I had to change my order once and even then he was continually patient and kind.

I came in to buy a mattress and box spring during the Presidents’ Day sale. George helped me try out several different mattresses. He was professional and knowledgeable. He even helped me find a good deal on a boxspring! I bought my son’s mattress here a few years ago and it was an equally easy process. I highly recommend this store.
